Pam Morris is our Social Support co-ordinator. Pam runs a healthy eating food program for our elders to ensure they are able to prepare and cook meals at home to maintain their independence and a healthy lifestyle. Pam organises a weekly social support group so that the elders are able to come together and yarn to prevent any social isolation. Pam also plans day trips and overnight trips to offer the elders a range of social activities. Pam provides individual support to the group when they need extra support.
